The effectiveness of a program or project starts with its design and management. Aralia Resources builds on well-established best practices, and deep prior experience to ensure projects are designed and managed to take account of stakeholder perspectives and capacities, financial limitations, project goals and objectives, and operational requirements. We conduct situational and theory-of-change analyses, identify roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, assist clients and partners to identify project goals and objectives, develop strategic plans, create project frameworks, and design monitoring and evaluation plans. We have successfully engaged a network of partnerships at local, national and international levels, developed and executed comprehensive project frameworks and work plans, and administered all logistical and financial programmatic requirements. Beyond design, Aralia Resources has provided project management for a wide variety of multi-faceted projects, bridging institutions, roles, and technical expertise, as well as cultures and languages, to provide a central hub for management and communications, and ensuring that project monitoring, evaluation, reporting and other publications meet international standards.
